Dude Bro Party Massacre III Releases First Brotastic Trailer

Dude Bro Party Massacre III is a splatteriffic horror comedy about a bunch of fraternity bros who start getting killed off one by one, featuring a cameo appearance by the Party King himself, Andrew W.K. If that doesn't get you excited, I assume you've spent too many nights burying your head in a mountain of cocaine, killing all your receptive senses.

The guys over at 5 Second Films are attempting to take the horror genre by storm with a comedic slasher spoof about some dudes, tons of cheap beers, and a killer named Motherface. There are no first or second installments of the hinted at franchise, and Dude Bro Party Massacre III is “presented as the only surviving VHS copy of the reviled horror franchise’s third, and final, installment.” Hopefully, like most good slasher movies, you won’t need to see the first two forgotten films in order to enjoy more Delta Bis carnage.

Oh, and trust me, there’s PLENTY of carnage. Just take a look for yourself at this EXTREMELY NSFW Red Band clip if you don’t believe me. Aside from the gratuitous levels of bro-on-bro bonding, the clip showcases plenty of exploding limbs, gushing blood and all the 80s campiness you could ever want.

But if you’re more of a clean-around-the-ears kind of viewer, or if you want to keep all the red gooiness a secret, the 5 Second Films guys have released the first official trailer for Dude Bro Party Massacre III. In addition to party monster Andrew W.K. (who has a bigger presence in the Red Band clip), you’ll notice that Patton Oswalt joins the party as well. A deserted lake, shirtless frat guys, fun cameos, and a killer out for blood – this is everything that 80s camp was built on. Plus a pizza monster. And a smoking toy baby? WTF?!

Personally, I’m hoping these YouTube jokesters have what it takes to create a seriously demented comedy throwback, because it’s not an easy task. There aren’t usually any middle-of-the-road horror comedies. Only “HILARIOUSLY EPIC,” or “effortlessly dull.” Whatever. I’ve got my Ray-Bans on and my collar popped – I’m ready to bro down.

Directed by Michael Rousselet, Tomm Jacobsen, and Jon Salmon, Dude Bro Party Massacre III is set to premiere at the Los Angeles Film Festival on June 13th. Stay tuned for a future release date!
