Up until now, the DC Extended Universe has carved out room for an otherworldly origin story (Man of Steel), a titanic crossover (Batman V Superman) and a wicked spinoff in the form of Suicide Squad. But things are just getting started.

This year alone, comic book fans will welcome the arrival of both Wonder Woman and Zack Snyder’s star-studded Justice League (November 17th), and over the past few months, Warner Bros. has locked down plans for a Suicide Squad sequel, Gotham City Sirens, Nightwing and a Joss Whedon-directed Batgirl.  But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, on June 2nd, Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman solo movie will make its mighty debut, and today brings forth the latest (and surely final) international trailer.

As relayed by Comic Book, this new promo arrives on the heels of the third and final full-length sizzle reel, just don’t go in expecting much new footage. And really, that’s OK. Wonder Woman is now so close we can almost feel the crackle of energy emanating from Diana’s Lasso of Truth, and with Warner’s promotional campaign now entering the final stages, expect the studio to switch gears and begin rolling out fleeting TV spots as D-day draws near.

Arise, Diana, Princess of Themyscira. Wonder Woman is booked in for launch on June 2nd, when Patty Jenkins’ long-anticipated standalone pic is expected to score $65 million at the domestic box office. Such an opening would put WW in the same bracket as Thor and Captain America‘s respective debuts, but there’s no telling how word of mouth will affect the film’s performance over the coming weeks and months. Stay tuned for more.
