And today, an Instagram user known as amacro113 (and, later, dedicated fan-site Batman-News) uploaded the above and below images from the set:

While the images remain unverified at this time, it’s understood that the production team is currently filming a high-octane car chase through the streets of the Michigan city, which means that the Batmobile — or at the very least, a stunt double version of the automobile — would be front and center.

Of course, we’ve already been teased with the general shape and form factor of the vehicle from Zack Synder himself, and judging from these new images, it appears as though the two versions align quite nicely. Mind you, these latest pics seem to have the Batmobile’s fins in the down position — we wouldn’t want Mr. Wayne getting a parking ticket now, would we?

We’ll be sure to keep you updated with all the information as it appears — though you can readily expect a fair share of hollow rumours. Nevertheless, Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to debut in theatres on March 24th, 2016.
