The extended edition of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad won’t be made available on Blu-ray until next month, but fans have been able to watch the film on Digital HD for a while now, and on the heels of the recent Carmine Falcone reveal, another Redditor has managed to uncover a few more interesting easter eggs relating to the Caped Crusader.

The shot in question is a brief one of Gotham’s skyline, which we see right before the film cuts to the scene in which Ben Affleck’s Batman accosts Deadshot (Will Smith) in the alley with his daughter. It’s here that you’ll notice three buildings that should be very familiar to Bat-fans.

The highlighted structure on the bottom right of the image is Ace Chemicals, which is probably the most well-known of Gotham’s buildings next to Arkham Asylum. That’s because this is where The Joker was “born” when a small-time criminal wearing the guise of the Red Hood fell into a vat of chemicals after a tussle with the Dark Knight. It’s also where Mr. J. (Jared Leto) took Doctor Harleen Quinzel (Margot Robbie) in the movie to complete her transformation into Harley Quinn.

In addition to that, both The Gotham Chronicle and The Gotham Telegraph can be seen above and to the left of the chemical plant, respectively. Admittedly, none of this really adds anything to the film, but they’re still welcome easter eggs for fans of the Bat and will no doubt be appreciated by those who spot them.

Tell us, have you watched the extended edition of Suicide Squad yet? If so, did you happen to spot any other easter eggs or references that viewers might have missed the first time around? Drop a comment below and let us know.
