After getting our first look at Natalie Portman alongside Christian Bale in Terrence Malick’s upcoming film,Knight Of Cups, we now have some additional photos of the two stars filming in L.A.
Last week’s photos featured Bale and Portman frolicking on the beach, similar to photos of Bale and Wes Bently from back in April. These photos, however, from Just Jared, feature a nice change of setting with the two Oscars winners taking a drive in an old-school convertible Cadillac Continental.
While the photos don’t give much away, one thing should be noted. The film’s title, Knight Of Cups, is the name of a tarot card that “represents a contradiction, moodshift or a change of mode particularly as it pertains to love and relationships.” That being said one of the photos features Bale standing outside what looks a lot like the window for a palm reader or fortune-teller.
It could mean nothing but I just thought I’d point it out.
Knight Of Cups stars Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Cate Blanchett, Isabel Lucas and Wes Bently, and is eyeing a 2013 release.
