New images have surfaced today which feature Natalie Portman and Christian Bale filming scenes for Terrence Malick‘s new film Knight Of Cups. The Daily Mail got their hands on the photos which give us an additional look at Bale and our first look at Portman, who is signed on to star in not only Knight Of Cups, but also in Malick’s other new and currently untitled film.
Though the director is known for doing test shoots and quite a bit of filming in pre-production, this could be the official start of principal photography. Lawless won’t go into production until the Fall but Knight Of Cups is set to get underway this Summer, so it wouldn’t surprise me if the filming has already started.
Knight Of Cups stars Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Cate Blanchett and Isabel Lucas, and will hopefully be released in 2013.
