X-Men: Days Of Future Past is a mere ten months away, and you know what that means! Teasers! Viral videos! Trailers for trailers! Get ready for the marketing deluge!

The newest little tidbit to hit about the next X-Men film is a viral video posing as an advertisement for Trask Industries, along with our first look at Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask. In X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Trask creates the Sentinels, robots responsible for protecting humanity against mutants.

The video itself plays as an advertisement, the sort that we usually get from pharmaceutical companies, industries and political parties, asking us to trust them with our lives, our liberty, etc. As such, it’s a sinister little teaser, with the requisite female voiceover reassuring us that our safety is in good hands; which, of course, it most certainly is not.

We also have a few images of the Sentinels being deployed at historical locations, protecting Ronald Reagan at his inauguration, overseeing what looks like the tear-gassing of a crowd, and in profile at the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s an interesting idea and one that we hope director Bryan Singer will run with.

With The Wolverine receiving mixed reviews, things look just a little bleak for this reboot of sorts. Plus, seeing as just about everyone in the X-Men world will be popping up in X-Men: Days Of Future Past, this could be a case of too many characters.

You can check out the viral video for Trask Industries below. Then scroll down and look at all the photos of the Sentinels, along with Peter Dinklage looking very un-Lannister.
