Michael Calfan has quickly evolved from rising star in the global dance scene to protagonist of a fresh new sound. Coined by his fans as “soul house,” the producer’s music not only gets people moving, but also touches the heart.
Last year was a huge one for the French DJ, as his mega-hit “Treasured Soul” hit 1.3 million Shazams and over 10 million streams worldwide. His latest single, meanwhile, “Nobody Does It Better,” is already over 2.3 million plays on SoundCloud and is shaping up to be his biggest track to date. Suffice to say, as big as 2015 was for Calfan, 2016 looks to be equally as huge.
