Even though Fifth Harmony are one of the hottest pop groups in the game right now (take their “That’s My Girl” music video, for example), Cabello’s feature on “Bad Things” may be the start of what we can expect from her as a solo entity someday.

Cabello is undoubtedly the star of the show on the near four minute long track, delivering an out of this world performance on the song’s hook. Machine Gun Kelly supports the verses with a solid flow, but they don’t come close to the quality of the chorus. Regardless, the song is a smash through and through, and hopefully it begins an onslaught of songs featuring Cabello in the future.

There aren’t any immediate plans for a solo career for her, and considering Fifth Harmony’s success at the moment, chances are that they aren’t going to slow down anytime soon. If anything, the song benefits Machine Gun Kelly the most, and it’ll surely become his best charting single to date.
