Illenium’s remix features a new chord progression layered beneath Tove Lo’s recognizable vocal hooks. The drops feature a staggered future bass style rhythm, with booming sub kicks and fluttering synth chords. It’s not a major departure from the original, but it’s always interesting to hear a remix that attempts to switch up the musical structure from the original.

Now that Illenium has teased his “Say It” remix in the live setting, fans will no doubt be impatiently waiting for an official release. As always, we’ll keep you posted with more updates as they become available.
