Lady Gaga‘s newest single titled The Edge of Glory was released today. The single is off her upcoming album Born This Way, which drops May 23rd. The track has all the ingredients to become a hit and that’s exactly what it will undoubtedly become. This is the third single that the pop sensation has released from her upcoming album, the first being Born This Way and the second being Judas.

“I’m on the edge of glory and hanging on a moment of truth,” Gaga sings. “I’m on the edge of glory and I’m hanging on a moment with you/ I’m on the edge.” It’s got a very pop feel to it, and is a bit more tame, at least when compared to the last single Judas, which was quite harsh. Clarence Clemens from E Street Band also hops on to provide a sax solo. Gaga has gone on record to say that the song is about “your last moment on earth, the moment of truth.”
