NGHTMRE Improves Upon Tommy Trash’s “Luv U Giv”

NGHTMRE's been on something of a future bass kick lately, and a somewhat unexpected track has found itself in the crosshairs of his creative lens. A Tommy Trash release from late last year, "Luv U Giv" has proven a prime candidate to be remixed as a brimming future bass tune.

To be sure, one of NGHTMRE’s characteristically hyphy buildups gives the production more of an invigorating energy than you might expect from a future bass track. Retro synth arpeggios and a metronome of claps wind the pace of the track up until the drop, at which point reverberant pad synths keep it coasting into the sunset of a soothing soundscape.
