Here at We Got This Covered, we’ve got mad love for dance music’s favorite mystery producer Marshmello. In just a little over a year, the junk food themed musician has taken the EDM scene by storm with his unique take on future bass and his penchant for catchy branding, proving that the music is more important than the face that fronts it.
Marshmello was a major draw at this year’s EDC Las Vegas, and his team captured a special video of his performance exclusively for WGTC. In the clip, San Diego based producer Ookay joins him on stage and stands atop the decks, rocking out as the next track drops. As the two DJs get down to the rowdy tune, Ookay then dons his own mello helmet, echoing the ethos behind the project that we are all Marshmello.
The clip can’t replicate the insanity of Marshmello‘s performance at EDC this year, but it’s certainly the next best thing.
