The BPM Festival Releases Monumental Phase 1 Lineup

BPM Festival has emerged as one of the most respected brands in the world of house and techno for good reason; for the most part it's managed to retain the intimacy of the underground while achieving the magnitude of a massive. The BPM Festival has emerged as one of the most respected brands in the world of house and techno for good reason; for the most part it’s managed to retain the intimacy of the underground while achieving the magnitude of a massive. This year promises more of the same since the festival’s organizers have released a phase 1 lineup that pays justice to those of previous years.

The 2016 edition of The BPM Festival runs for ten consecutive days bordered by weekends from January 8th-17th and will feature the return of such seminal house and techno names as Kidnap Kid, Justin Martin, Luciano and Sasha & Digweed (although not together, as fans of yesteryear might hope). Artists like Hot Since 82, Dubfire and Maceo Plex will join their ranks this year, as well as showcases like All Day I Dream, ENTER. and Toolroom.

Really, though, the scale of The BPM Festival can only be gleaned from looking through all the artists already confirmed. Take a peek at the first-wave lineup below and tell us which artists you would be most willing to see in the comments section.
