We all know that deadmau5 has been working on a ton of new music lately, but what we weren’t 100% sure of was whether of not the songs would all be appearing on an upcoming album. Now, however, Joel has confirmed that he does indeed have something in the works, and that 6 tracks of the album are already finished.

Taking to Twitter, the mau5 said the following about his upcoming effort.

When asked how many tracks the album would have, Joel said:

We’re still without a release date and title for the upcoming effort, but hearing that he’s about halfway done is definitely exciting news.
