DoorDash driver seeks refuge in stranger’s home while pursued by ICE. Native American homeowner tells agents they aren’t welcome without a warrant

She told ICE agents to get off her yard.

A DoorDash driver recently sought safety at a private residence while being pursued by ICE agents, leading to a tense standoff captured on video, Daily Dot reported. The homeowner, who is a TikTok creator known as StormiBabyy27, refused to let the agents onto her property because they did not have a warrant.

This incident took place in January, and the homeowner was livestreaming when the driver suddenly rushed to her house for help. There was a baby inside the home while the agents were standing just outside.

Stormi stayed firm throughout the encounter and continuously told the agents they were not allowed to enter without a judge-signed warrant. She was clearly frustrated by the situation and made her stance very clear to the officers on her property. At one point in the footage, she told them, “Are you f—— kidding me? I’m Native American. Get the f— off my yard.”

The video was shared on TikTok by @paddhgc and it quickly gained a lot of attention online

Many people who watched the clip praised Stormi for how she handled the high-pressure moment. Her following on the platform reportedly grew from approximately 11,000 to nearly 30,000 after the video started circulating. The narration in the clip pointed out that the driver happened to run to the home of someone who frequently speaks about Indigenous history, which is a notable detail.

Viewers were quick to jump into the comments to share their thoughts on the confrontation and the way Stormi stepped in to protect the driver. The reactions varied from messages of support to questions about the logic behind the pursuit. One viewer wrote, “SHOUT OUT TO @Stormibabyy27 MAY THE LORD HELP YOU AND GUIDE YOU.”

Others focused on the nature of the driver’s work and the priorities of the agency involved. One user pointed out that the driver was working for a major delivery service, noting, “If they work for DoorDash they are legal (your vehicle must be registered with insurance).”

Another person expressed confusion about why agents would target someone who was simply performing their job. They wrote, “so let me get this straight .. ICE is trying to get someone who appears to be WORKING … simply because of no papers …. i thought they were supposed to be going after drug cartels and bad guys ……….i hope that woman is safe !!!!”

It is worth noting that the details of this event are based entirely on the footage and narration provided by @paddhgc. There has been no independent verification of the specific ICE operation or the current status of the DoorDash driver. The information regarding the driver’s identity, her current whereabouts, and the accuracy of the follower growth figures remains unconfirmed.
