As expected, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) will be returning to New York for its fifth outing, except this time, there will be a few major changes.

For one, the festival will now take place in CitiField in New York, instead of MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which is a very, very welcome change. And, unlike previous iterations, this year’s event will take place on May 14-15th, instead of Memorial Day Weekend.

Furthermore, EDC New York will take a cue from its Las Vegas counterpart this year and include “mythical carnival rides, interactive art installations, and four surreal stages — kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, cosmicMEADOW, and neonGARDEN – each showcasing their own thematic design.”

Tickets for the event will go on sale on Nov. 30 at 12 pm EST, and can be purchased on the official EDC New York website, which you can visit by clicking here.
