Anyone with a finger on the pulse of electronic music has observed NYC-based DJ/producer/multi-instrumentalist Gryffin‘s meteoric trajectory in recent months. After following up a slew of successful remixes with the release of “Heading Home” and completing a spring tour of its namesake, he’s finally uploaded the track’s official music video.
The clip’s imagery makes for less of a storytelling medium and more of an artistic abstraction, as a ballet routine between male and female dancers is its centerpiece. Gryffin can be also seen playing piano in several shots, which take place in a markedly more industrial setting than the rest of the video.
With a solid single and tour under his belt so far in 2016, the electronic music world is waiting to see what else Gryffin‘s got in store for this festival season. Until he makes further announcements, check out the official music video for “Heading Home” in the YouTube player above and let us know what you think.
