Dance music masters Major Lazer and Disclosure will be heading off to Washington’s The Gorge Amphitheater this spring to headline Sasquatch! Festival, one of the Pacific Northwest’s biggest annual music events.
While the lineups at Sasquatch! tend to reflect a more rock oriented background, this year’s eclectic roster is loaded with great electronic acts, with M83, Jamie XX, Tycho, Four Tet, Grimes, Rudimental, Big Grams, and Chet Faker all confirmed as performers for the event. Non-electronic acts like The Cure and Florence and the Machine grace this year’s lineup as well.
Disclosure and Major Lazer both released huge albums in 2015 that helped usher dance music into the mainstream, and their presence at the festival will ensure that electronic music gets some major representation at the fifteenth annual Sasquatch!
