The documentary on Martin Garrix’s life and rise to fame ran an hour on MTV, but since there are no commercials on the streamed version, it clocks in at just under 3/4 of that time. Some of the more interesting moments here are those from his pre-“Animals” music career, where it’s revealed that he was a ghostwriter for Dutch producers at 14 and also worked with present-day collaborator Julian Jordan.

Of course, there are no shortage of interesting tidbits from MTV Presents Martin Garrix: The Ride, no matter what you think of the young DJ/producer. So, break out the popcorn and watch the full documentary via the YouTube embed above and let us know what you think by dropping a comment.
