The video posted by “Zachary.w” has gone viral on TikTok with over 11 million views and 2 million likes. Zachary films the chaotic scenes of his cheating ex-boyfriend packing with apparent glee as an older gentleman playing mariachi music on a vihuela and dressed as a mariachero follows them around the property singing a jolly tune and strumming his instrument.

The perfect revenge

Zachary’s approach is the perfect revenge on his ex as it not only provides some much needed levity for Zachary, who is no doubt feeling low after being cheated on, but it also serves the double purpose of no doubt making the ex’s process of moving out all the more stressful, annoying, and humiliating. While the ex struggles and drops things Zachary is just chilling with a glass of champagne like the mastermind that he is.

Some may brand Zachary as childish but I would argue it’s an incredibly mature way of dealing with such an upsetting situation. It’s also incredibly funny, but that’s besides the point. Honestly the mariachi player looks like he’s having a blast too, it makes you wonder if he’s enjoying the chaotic situation as much, if not more than Zachary.

But Zachary didn’t just stop at the Mariachi player, oh no, he went the whole nine yards and made it a full on party. In another video he records himself setting up the scene, blowing up balloons and hanging golden signs that read “good luck.” Viewers were impressed by the lengths Zachary went to in order to get some sweet revenge, “You did all this for someone so evil bro I can’t imagine the lengths you’d go to for someone who deserves it,” wrote one viewer.
