A Florida mom is calling out a Dunkin’ location after she says her daughter opened an order of Snackin’ Bacon and allegedly found burnt bacon alongside two disposable gloves. TikTok creator Lesly (@mommaleslyandco) shared the incident in a September 2026 video that identified the location as a Dunkin’ in Clermont, Florida.
She said her daughter had ordered Snackin’ Bacon and discovered gloves and burnt food in the bag. Her TikTok caption described the incident.
According to Lesly’s account, she went into the restaurant after seeing what her daughter received. In the video, she showed the items to a worker and questioned how the gloves ended up in the bag.
The worker apologized, said she had not meant to put the gloves in the order.
After apologizing, the employee offered to prepare a replacement, but Lesly declined because she wanted an explanation. In the video, the worker characterized the incident as an accident. Lesly questioned that explanation, pointing to both the gloves and the bacon. She then asked whether the manager was available.
The employee told her the manager was unavailable and offered to provide Lesly with the store phone number. Lesly said she would take the number and was told the manager would be available the following morning. A Dunkin’ Bacon issue popped up elsewhere in Florida. In a separate story, a Miami woman ordered Dunkin’s “Wake Up Wrap” and reported the bacon seemed synthetic.
In the caption of her post, Lesly wrote, “This goes beyond bad customer service or an incorrect order, this is a FOOD SAFETY concern. Gloves used by employees while handling food and working behind the counter should NEVER end up inside a customer’s food bag.”
Gloves aren’t the only latex items found in fast food orders. In a separate case, a Houston man reportedly found a condom cooked into his fried chicken.
The Florida gloves and burnt bacon incident sparked debate among viewers. Some commenters questioned whether the gloves ended up in the bag accidentally. One commenter said the cashier’s apology appeared insincere. They also alleged that the situation was “100% intentional.” They finally questioned how multiple gloves could have ended up in a customer’s bag.
Another commenter acknowledged that mistakes can happen but questioned how gloves could have ended up in the food with burnt bacon. The commenter also said the cashier’s apology did not seem sincere and expressed sympathy for Lesly’s daughter.
Dunkin’ describes Snackin’ Bacon as a portable menu item with bacon, served in a sleeve. The company says its current Maple Sugar Snackin’ Bacon comes with eight snack-sized pieces, while its Sweet Black Pepper version also comes with eight pieces.
Lesly’s video does not show what happened inside the restaurant before the bag reached her daughter. It also does not document any response from Dunkin’ corporate or the Clermont location beyond the interaction captured in the video.
