Man tries to intimidate black 7-eleven staff with a Candy dispenser and hurls racial slur. Then she pulls an uno-reverse: ‘He’s got problems for real’

A woman who posts on TikTok as @mindofagpl shared a footage that appears to capture a confrontation at a 7-Eleven in Florida. The recording shows a man wearing a Harry Potter Gryffindor T-shirt rushing from the entrance toward two female employees standing behind the counter. The original video currently appears to be unavailable, but the clip was reshared across various social media profiles.

The man demanded that they remove an earlier video of him. “Delete that right now,” he said in the clip. One employee did not step back and answered, “You’re not going to touch me!”

He then lifted a candy dispenser as if he might swing it at her, according to the video, but threw it onto the floor instead. As he left the store, he yelled, “F–k you, n—–!”

The employee kept the camera on him once he was outside and filmed through the store windows. Such aggressive behavior toward staff is not uncommon, as when a man tried to get behind the counter at a McDonald’s and was physically removed.  

The man appeared to notice the recording, crossed the parking lot toward that window, and struck the tempered glass with an open hand hard enough that the pane shook. After he was no longer close enough to hear her, the employee said, “He’s got problems for real.”

A caption that accompanied the same clip on X stated the man was allegedly “acting a fool of himself using racist slurs” and also “throwing things in the store.”

One viewer said the clerks should have used a gun to bring the situation under control. They wrote: “Dont gas stations clerks have a hidden gun nearby just in case? Now would be a good time to use it.” Some viewers joked about his resemblance to U.S. Vice President JD Vance. One person wrote, “What happened to JD Vance ? So sad !”

Viewers also poked fun at his Gryffindor shirt. One commenter wrote, “Three points taken away from Gryffindor.” The incident highlights a broader pattern of public outbursts, as when a shirtless man issued a slur-filled threat at a Florida Taco Bell before storming out.

Another replied, “A million points deducted from Gryffindor. So sorry you have to put up with that B.S. Glad you could laugh at his a–.” A further comment described the thrown dispenser as “$1 in damages.”

A Workplace Solutions document published by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health states that employees at gas stations and convenience stores face an increased risk of both severe and multiple incidents of violence. The same document says those incidents can produce serious health effects such as severe stress.
