Recreating a moment from the comic books, The Punisher chains Daredevil to a chimney, tapes a gun to his hand and gives him a choice which is basically lose/lose for the hero. Tense and exciting, it makes for edge of your seat viewing, but the conversation which comes before that is arguably even more compelling.
As Matt pleads with Frank to give up his violent crusade, we get some insight into what makes The Punisher tick and why he’s embarked on this mission. Whether Daredevil likes it or not, this confrontation also highlights some surprising similarities between the two.
