A stylish batch of character posters for the upcoming second season of Marvel’s Agent Carter have been released, and they provide first glimpses of several of the new faces we’ll be meeting.
Along with returning favorites Peggy, Jarvis, Dottie etc., we also have Lesley Boone (Ed) as Rose Roberts, Reggie Austin (Devious Maids) as Dr. Jason Wilkes, Lotte Verbeek (The Borgias) as Ana Jarvis, and Currie Graham (Murder in the First) as Calvin Chadwick.
The most exciting new addition, however, is The Newsroom‘s Wynn Everett as the woman who’ll eventually don the mantle of Marvel villain Madame Masque, Whitney Frost.
In the comics, Frost was primarily an Iron Man baddie, and is the biological daughter of Count Luchino Nefaria, who trained her. She’ll be reinvented for the small screen as a Hollywood actress and brilliant inventor, but it should only be a matter of time before she suffers some kind of accident which disfigures her face and… well, you can guess the rest.
Agent Carter returns for its sophomore season on January 19.
