New Arrow Photos Tease Black Canary-Black Siren Team-Up

To say that Dinah Drake and Earth-2's Laurel Lance have a complicated history is putting it mildly. If you'll recall, the latter killed the former's boyfriend, Vigilante, last season on Arrow, thus fanning the flames for one of Star City's most heated rivalries - and it's not like those two got along to begin with.

Now, one would assume they’ve had some time to cool off, especially after seeing Dinah grant Laurel mercy during the latter portion of season 6. One can only hope this means Ms. Lance will continue life on the straight and narrow, but she tends to have a hard time controlling her temper.

As it turns out, the two will cross paths again next week in “The Longbow Hunters,” and based on what the images found in the gallery below tell us, they may very well team up. The downside, however, is that neither are decked out in their respective Black Canary or Black Siren gear because there’s an embargo of sorts on vigilantism in Star City at the moment, but we’ll take what we can get.

Also of note is how Oliver just can’t seem to shake Derek Sampson, Bronze Tiger and Danny Brickwell while in Slabside. Already, our hero’s stay in Supermax lockup has proven to be every bit as brutal as the teasers hinted, so let’s hope he manages to accrue less bruises next week.

FELICITY IS DETERMINED TO FIND DIAZ AT ANY COST — In order to track down Diaz (Kirk Acevedo) from inside prison, Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes that will require aligning with an old enemy. Meanwhile, in Star City, Felicity’s (Emily Bett Rickards) attempts to root out Diaz are thwarted by Diggle (David Ramsey), whose allegiance to ARGUS now requires him to keep civilians like her on the outs. Realizing that she can no longer rely on her old team or old methods, a clear-eyed Felicity resolves to find a new way to go after Diaz. Laura Belsey directed the episode written by Jill Blankenship & Rebecca Bellotto (#702). Original airdate 10/22/2018
