Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Photos Introduce The Cast Of The Creepy Netflix Drama

Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is arriving next month and promises to be an exceedingly dark and creepy take on the classic Archie Comics character that won't be anything like the 1990s sitcom. Last week brought us our first look at Kiernan Shipka's Sabrina in the form of a teaser trailer and now, this batch of promo images introduce the rest of the cast, some who will be familiar to viewers of the old series, and some who won't be.

Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is arriving next month and promises to be an exceedingly dark and creepy take on the classic Archie Comics character that won’t be anything like the 1990s sitcom. Last week brought us our first look at Kiernan Shipka’s Sabrina in the form of a teaser trailer and now, this batch of promo images introduce the rest of the cast, some who will be familiar to viewers of the old series, and some who won’t be.

Alongside Shipka is Ross Lynch as Harvey Kinkle, Sabrina’s beloved beau who has no idea of the occult world that she comes from. The Spellman family is rounded out with her aunts, the bubbly Hilda (Wonder Woman‘s Lucy Davis) and severe Zelda (Lord of the Rings‘ Mirando Otto), as well as her British cousin Ambrose (Chance Perdomo).

As Chilling kicks off with Sabrina beginning her education in the dark arts, the series will also introduce various other figures in the sorcery community. In particular, the faculty and students of the Academy of the Unseen Arts. The Weird Sisters – Agatha (Adeline Rudolph), Prudence (Tati Gabrielle) and Dorcas (Abigail Cowen) – are the equivalent of the high school mean girl clique, while Nicolas Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood) is the warlock who looks to be a rival for Harvey for Sabrina’s affections. Father Blackwood, meanwhile, (Richard Coyle) is the dean of the school who hides a dark – well, even darker – agenda.

Back in regular old Greendale (located near Archie’s hometown of Riverdale), Sabrina’s mortal best pals will be Rosalind Walker (Jaz Sinclair) and Susie Putnam (Lachlan Watson), while her favorite teacher at Greendale High is Mary Wardell (Doctor Who‘s Michelle Gomez) – who gets possessed by Madam Satan, the Devil’s handmaiden and becomes an enemy to the teenage witch. And that’s everyone. Except for Salem the cat, of course.

You’ll be able to let Chilling Adventures of Sabrina cast a spell on you when it arrives on Netflix on October 26th. Until then, feel free to share your early impressions on the show down in the comments section below.
