Titled “Pretty Messed Up,” the new extended trailer provides fans a sneak peak of the show’s upcoming run of episodes, which will continue the season two story of Barry Allen’s (Grant Gustin) fight to save Central City from the control of the mysterious Zoom.

The one-minute commercial teases a return of some well-known enemies for The Flash and the gang at Star Labs, including season one’s thought-to-be-dead big bad the Reverse Flash. Not only that, but it appears that fan favorites like Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) will be getting a bit of an Earth-2 makeover in the new half of the season as we see the evil incarnations of her doppelgänger.

The extended trailer also hints that the group will be taking a direct plunge into Earth-2, with a tagline that promises “Everything you thought you knew will change.”

Fans won’t have long to wait to see The Flash‘s return, either, with the mid-season premiere “Potential Energy” airing January 19 on The CW.
