That leads to Thea, Felicity, and Diggle all being taken, and if that grave we saw a while back is any indication, one of these fan-favourite characters isn’t going to make it out of this instalment of Arrow alive.

Here’s the synopsis for the episode, which is titled “Dark Waters”:

After the city is attacked again, Oliver (Stephen Amell) makes a bold move against HIVE. Malcolm (John Barrowman) checks in on Thea (Willa Holland) andleaves her with a warning. Things take a horrible turn when Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) retaliates in a brutal manner at Oliver’s mayoral holiday party.

Clearly this is going to be a huge episode of Arrow, with Darhk finally taking a shot at the team. The series has consistently delivered in the past when it comes to midseason finales, and this one looks set to be no exception.
