Game Of Thrones Set Video May Confirm A Big Character Return

And no, it's not Jon Snow! After finally getting some photographic evidence that Kit Harington was indeed shooting scenes as the recently deceased Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, we now have a video from the Spanish set of Game Of Thrones season 6 that seems to confirm the recent rumor that Sean Bean would also be returning as Lord Eddard "Ned" Stark. Yes, the very same Ned Stark that had his head separated from his shoulders at the end of season 1.

After finally getting some photographic evidence that Kit Harington was indeed shooting scenes as the recently deceased Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch, we now have a video from the Spanish set of Game Of Thrones season 6 that seems to confirm the recent rumor that Sean Bean would also be returning as Lord Eddard “Ned” Stark. Yes, the very same Ned Stark that had his head separated from his shoulders at the end of season 1.

The footage was captured by a Facebook user at Castillo de Zafra, which is thought to be doubling for the Dornish Tower of Joy. In the novels, this is the setting for a great battle between Ned and his allies (Howland Reed, Lord Willam Dustin, Ethan Glover, Martyn Cassel, Theo Wull and Ser Mark Ryswell) and three members of the Kingsguard, including the mighty Ser Arthur Dayne. Though Ned triumphs, he’s too late to save his sister Lyanna, who was being kept in the tower by the crazed Rhaegar Targaryen.

Many fans believe this flashback will finally uncover the mystery behind the true percentage of Jon Snow, who is rumored to be the son of Lyanna and Rhaegar. Of course, that remains to be seen, and unfortunately, this vid is not very clear.

But what do you guys think? Is that Sean Bean swinging his sword on the set of Game of Thrones?

spoiler alert and a confirmation #TowerofJoy
