The CW has released the official descriptions for the episodes of Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow which will air during the week beginning May 2nd. Surprisingly, they feature some pretty major spoilers for what’s to come, but there will no doubt still be plenty of other twists and turns before each of these show’s respective seasons are over.

Starting with Arrow though, and there’s not much in the way of spoilers or anything of much interest to be perfectly honest. If anything, this instalment sounds a tad unexciting.

As Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) look for a magical solution to defeat Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough), a vengeance-driven Diggle (David Ramsey) gets a lead on Andy’s (guest star Eugene Byrd) whereabouts and heads off to confront his brother. Meanwhile, Alex (guest star Parker Young) takes Thea (Willa Holland) on a vacation that quickly turns into a nightmare. Gregory Smith directed the episode written by Oscar Balderrama & Emilio Ortega Aldrich.

Moving on to more exciting things, and The Flash is going to feature what sounds like a huge battle between the Fastest Man Alive and Zoom. As if that wasn’t enough, it also sounds as if Iris is going to finally admit she has feelings for Barry, something which will hopefully result in a romance which fans have been hoping would be part of the show since day one.

Zoom (guest star Teddy Sears) arrives back on Earth-1 intent on taking over Central City. Barry (Grant Gustin) and Wells (Tom Cavanagh) come up with a plan to stop Zoom once and for all but it’s extremely dangerous. Unsure if he should take the risk, Barry reaches out to both fathers for advice. Henry (guest star John Wesley Shipps) is adamantly opposed to Barry risking his life again but Joe (Jesse L. Martin) thinks he can handle it which puts the two men at odds with each other. Meanwhile, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) is shocked when he vibes the Earth-2 villain Rupture, who happens to be his brother Dante’s (guest star Nicholas Gonzalez) doppelganger. Rupture came to this Earth seeking justice for Reverb’s death. Iris (Candice Patton) decides she’s finally ready to open up to Barry about her feelings for him. Armen V. Kevorkian directed the episode written by Kai Yu Wu & Lauren Certo.

That sounds epic, but over in Legends of Tomorrow, it seems as if the team has finally succeeded in stopping Vandal Savage. Surprisingly though, they haven’t killed the villain.

After numerous attempts in many different time periods, the team has successfully captured Vandal Savage (guest star Casper Crump). However, Savage tells Kendra (Ciara Renée) that he can reunite her with Carter (Falk Hentschel) so she struggles with whether she should kill him. Rip (Arthur Darvill) decides they will deliver Savage to the Time Masters which doesn’t sit well with Snart (Wentworth Miller) and Rory (Dominic Purcell). The duo decides it may be time to jump ship and return to their old life. Meanwhile, Savage taunts Ray (Brandon Routh) about his place in Kendra’s life. Alice Troughton directed the episode written by Cortney Norris & Anderson Mackenzie.

Tell us, which of these episodes of Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow are you guys most looking forward to?
