The Flash Fans Can’t Get Enough Of Nora And Bart In Last Night’s Episode

The Flash

The Flash season 7 just reintroduced Barry and Iris’ daughter from the future, Nora AKA XS (Jessica Parker Kennedy) – but this time she brought with her a new addition to the family, Bart Allen AKA Impulse (Jordan Fisher). It seems that, due to all the multiversal changes, the Scarlet Speedster is now the proud – and shocked – dad of two kids who’ve inherited his powers. And fans can’t get enough of the chaotic sibling duo.

After a few teases over the past couple of weeks, Nora properly returned in the final scene of last night’s episode of The Flash season 7, which teed up next Tuesday’s big 150th episode celebration. We’ve got much more Allen family antics to come next time, then, and Arrowverse lovers can’t wait for more.

Everyone’s immediately loving the chaotic dynamic between the two siblings. Nora’s always been peppy, but Bart’s even more, well, impulsive, and his sister’s clearly embarrassed of his overactive behavior when he meets the young Barry for the first time.

This meme has never been more accurate.

Here’s a really interesting detail that fans have picked up on. Pre-Crisis, Nora’s lightning was both yellow and purple. Now it’s pure purple while Bart’s is yellow.

Next week is going to be something special.

With Godspeed causing havoc in Central City, Barry is going to need all the help he can get. But it’s not just the two kids who’ll be aiding him. The whole family will be getting involved. The synopsis for “Heart of the Matter, Part 2”, the second half of the two-part season finale, reveals that Iris will be getting powers herself. What’s more, John Wesley Shipp is returning as Jay Garrick, the first time he’s been seen post-Crisis.

Don’t miss the sure-to-be explosive 150th episode of The Flash, “Heart of the Matter, Part 1”, next Tuesday, July 13th on The CW.
