Ward And Fitz Make A Discovery In This Clip From The Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Midseason Finale

Next Tuesday, the highly anticipated midseason finale of Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air on ABC, and it promises to be an eventful one indeed. While the rest of the team formulate a plan to infiltrate the HYDRA fortress, a vengeful Coulson has followed Ward and Fitz through the portal to Maveth (probably not the strange blue planet's actual name, but that's what they've been referring to it as) and things are not looking good. At the end of the last episode, Coulson hit his head upon entry and is out of the game for the moment, leaving Ward to conduct his search while Fitz helps, under duress.

While the rest of the team formulate a plan to infiltrate the HYDRA fortress, a vengeful Coulson has followed Ward and Fitz through the portal to Maveth (probably not the strange blue planet’s actual name, but that’s what they’ve been referring to it as) and things are not looking good.

At the end of the last episode, Coulson hit his head upon entry and is out of the game for the moment, leaving Ward to conduct his search while Fitz helps, under duress.

This latest clip sees Fitz try to grab Ward’s gun, but that goes just about as well as you’d expect and his former buddy clocks him one and demands that he continue on – or else some very bad things will happen to Simmons back on earth. We don’t get to see what the pair discover immediately after, but based on Ward’s reaction it can’t be good for our heroes.

Find out what happens by tuning in to the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Winter finale tomorrow night on ABC.
