BioShock Infinite‘s latest heavy hitter trailer showcases one of the new enemy types overtaking Columbia, the alluring Siren. Players will have to think quickly and take her out before she can enchant an entire room and turn back time, bringing those enemies you just mowed down right back onto their feet.

The siren brings the heavy hitters up to a solid quartet, including: the boys of silence, mechanical patriots and handymen.

BioShock Infinite will be released onto the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC on October 16, 2012.
