Strategy-loving 3DS owners can look forward to purchasing Code Name: STEAM early next year, as Nintendo has officially dated the game for March 13th, 2015.

If you’ve yet to hear about Code Name: STEAM, it’s a steampunk-inspired title that features an alternate history setting and turn-based gameplay that looks to have taken cues from titles like Fire Emblem and Valkyria Chronicles. Not only that, but it also stars a badass-looking take on Abraham Lincoln, the former US President. Yes, Steampunk Lincoln.

This is one that you’ll likely want to pick up alongside a friend or two, because it’s also been confirmed that Code Name: STEAM will support head-to-head multiplayer when it launches. How it will work is currently unknown, but there’s still time for that information to leak prior to the game’s wintry release date.

Stay tuned, as we’ll be bringing you more on Code Name: STEAM in the near future. For now, however, take a look at the new screens below and let us know what you think via our comments section.
