Payday: The Heist E3 Trailer Looks Like Left 4 Dead Set In A Bank

Payday: The Heist is a downloadable game coming to us from Sony and Overkill Software. Being described as “Left 4 Dead set it in a bank/casino/celebrity party/skyscraper”, the game is set to release on the PS3 and PC sometime in the near future. PC Gamer is calling it "seriously cool, seriously profane, and seriously fun," and you know what, they just may be right. Judging from what we see below, for a downloadable title, this looks completely awesome.

You’ll play as a career criminal looking for his next gig. Along with up to three other players (AI or co-op), you’ll partake in robberies, armored car hijackings, prison break outs and more. Payday: The Heist looks to offer “dynamic environments, adaptive enemy behavior, shifting entry points, FBI agents repelling down on ropes through the skylights, SWAT teams crashing through the windows and special units crawling through the ventilation shafts that will make each play-through of every heist a unique fight.”

Sound good or what?
