Pep & Rash have been hitting the studio hard with fellow Dutch duo Lucas & Steve as they prepare their upcoming collaboration “Enigma” for release next month. A minute and a half long preview for the upcoming single hit SoundCloud this week, giving fans the first glimpse of the new tune.
The preview for “Enigma” opens with a driving club beat set to moving synth strings and bouncy vocal samples, before moving into a breakdown that strips back the percussion as a haunting melody rings out in the distance. The producers behind the track gradually build the energy back up with syncopated piano chords and rising drum hits, leading into a huge future house drop with rubbery bass stabs and electrifying melodies.
Boasting a quality production, Pep & Rash‘s upcoming single with Lucas & Steve is shaping up to be a major dance floor pleaser when it’s released on July 8 via Spinnin’ Records.
