It’s always the ones you most suspect. There’s a familiar story when it comes to MAGA culture warriors who spend their days tossing slurs at trans people, accusing Democrats of child abuse, and spouting bizarre conspiracy theories about underground tunnels full of abused kids.
In public, they’re all about saving innocent kids from evil liberals hellbent on turning them trans. But a peek into their hard drives and you’ll find out what’s actually going on in those balding heads and wraparound shades.
Enter Scott Soucek, a 56-year-old resident of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. He and his wife Stephanie are as MAGA as it gets. Stephanie is the chair of the Republican Party of Door County and former chair of Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District GOP, was a Trump delegate in the 2024 Republican National Convention, and has been pictured giving a proud thumbs-up with Trump himself.

Scott isn’t so closely involved with politics, but his social media indicates he’s a dyed-in-the-wool Trumpite. A social media post explaining why he’s voting Trump reveals he’s “voting to fight against human/child trafficking”, “voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored”, and fighting against “the indoctrination of children and pronouns”.
Scott also posted memes insinuating Joe Biden was a child molester, saying nobody fights harder than “a child getting their picture taken with Joe Biden”.

And, well, you can probably already figure out where this one’s going. Yesterday, local news site WBAY confirmed that Scott has been charged with ten counts of child pornography after authorities were tipped off about his online activity. More specifically, this relates to material involving “very young children, pre-teens, adults, and images of bestiality” and spans over 300 images.

But wait, it gets worse! The criminal complaint also revealed that Scott had been interviewed by cops in 2009 for uploading the same kind of material, though that case wasn’t referred to the district attorney. So, while this MAGA minion was gleefully accusing Democrats of child abuse, he’d already been questioned for uploading this stuff and was secretly getting off to some truly evil stuff in private.
Bond is set at $10,000 cash, and Scott will be back in court in late August. Somehow, despite this, we doubt he has the awareness to reflect on the fact that he’s the exact kind of monster he accused liberals of being. But isn’t it always the ones that yell loudest that have something to hide?
