Elon Musk’s grooming gang crusade exposed as hypocrisy after emails show he wanted an invite to Epstein’s island

Cue the damage control tweets.

The worst thing about a hypocrite is that no matter how many times they repeat a lie, you can always count on karma keeping the receipts. The billionaire owner of Tesla and X (formerly Twitter), Elon Musk, is learning that lesson the hard way.

Elon Musk has spent the better part of the past year frothing at the mouth over UK grooming gangs and sexual predators, spreading misinformation and manipulating data to show how the British government is aiding and abetting organized gangs of Pakistani men to perform systematic sexual crimes against young girls.

There’s just one problem with this fervent crusade: newly released emails from the latest Epstein file dump reveals that he was actively seeking invitations to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

The Justice Department released a whopping 3 million new files related to the Epstein investigation this Friday. Among them were a series of emails (per Time) between Musk and the disgraced financier, and they’re exactly as damning as you’d expect.

In November 2012, Musk allegedly asked Epstein point-blank what day will be “the wildest party on your island” and Epstein offered to send a helicopter to pick him up.

There was also an instance on Christmas Day 2012, when Musk asked Epstein if he’d planned any parties. Epstein responded: “The ratio on my island might make Talilah [sic] uncomfortable,” referring to Musk’s then girlfriend Talulah Riley, to which Musk replied: “Ratio is not a problem for Talulah.”

Elon lies, but are we really shocked at this point?

For years, Musk had claimed he barely knew Epstein and repeatedly declined invitations to the island. In 2019, he told Vanity Fair that Epstein was a “creep” who “tried repeatedly to get me to visit his island.” Well, that story aged like milk left out in yesteryear’s sun.

Here’s where the hypocrisy becomes nauseating. Musk has been on an unhinged posting spree about the UK grooming gangs, a crusade which has amplified Islamophobic narratives across social media, with his posts generating hundreds of millions of views. But it turns out that Musk’s moral outrage over sexual predators has some convenient blind spots.

After the documents went public, Musk went on another questionable meltdown on X, posting tweet after tweet claiming that he’s never been to any Epstein parties and he’s always championed the release of the files.

UK officials, including Prime Minister Keir Starmer, have hit back at Musk for his dangerous rhetoric. “Those that are spreading lies and misinformation as far and as wide as possible are not interested in victims. They’re interested in themselves,” Starmer said last year, per Variety.

The truly despicable part is that Musk isn’t just exploiting a narrative, but applying the tried and tested MAGA method of sowing racial discrimination to achieve his own goals.

Now we know his concern for abuse survivors apparently didn’t extend to declining party invitations from Jeffrey Epstein. Color us shocked.
