‘I started being asked about UFOs’: Unruffled Hillary Clinton says she never met Epstein, dismisses MAGA deposition ‘quite unusual’

A swing and a miss for MAGA.

MAGA probably should have realized they were walking into a trap when Bill and Hillary Clinton said that of course they’d be happy to be deposed about what they knew about Jeffrey Epstein. And so, anyone who expected Clinton to be successfully grilled over what she knew (or chose to ignore) was sorely disappointed.

Clinton batted off their combined questioning with barely any effort, able to rest on her core defence that she’d never actually met or interacted with Jeffrey Epstein. Given that many in the Trump administration were up to his eyeballs in his disgusting web of sin (backed up by documentary and photographic evidence!), the whole thing stank of hypocrisy from the off.

On top of that, brain genius Lauren Boebert made herself and her colleagues look ridiculous by breaking the closed session rules and taking a secret photo during the deposition. Now Hillary is about as smug as it gets, though, frankly, outwitting these dopes is no great achievement.

Clinton victory, MAGA once again outwitted

In a statement to the press, Hillary rolled her eyes at the incompetent interrogation, smiling and explaining that she answered all their questions:

“I never met Jeffrey Epstein. I never had any connection or communication with him. I knew Ghislaine Maxwell casually as an acquaintance.”

Clinton went on to explain that she was pushing for a public hearing, but that MAGA preferred to do this as a closed hearing. Clinton pointed out that Boebert “violated that rule” with her secret photo, which was “very upsetting, because it suggested they might violate other of our agreements.”

She went on to underline that they simply asked her the same questions “over and over again”, and she responded with the same answers. Then things got weird:

“At the end, quite unusual, because I started being asked about UFOs and a series of questions about Pizzagate, one of the most vile, bogus conspiracy theories that was propogated on the internet that was serving as the basis of a member’s questions to me.”

Clinton concluded by pointedly underlining that Republicans didn’t even show up for Les Wexner’s deposition that same day – someone we know for sure was heavily involved with Epstein for literal decades.

All this circus has achieved is giving the Clintons a chance to launder their reputation, while also handing ammunition to Democrats who can now demand that MAGA higher-ups submit to being deposed about their involvement with Epstein.

You can think what you want about Hillary Clinton’s career, morals, and politics, but she’s objectively an intelligent woman. Maybe there is a universe where Clinton is raked over the coals by people able to outwit her, but these soup-brained MAGA cronies couldn’t outsmart a hamster.
