With no regard for traditional tropes and early on touted as unfilmable, the sci-fi genre-blend novel by David Mitchell spans the entire history of time plucking out characters and incidents for the purpose of proving that everything is connected. Also proving that everything except House Of Leaves can be adapted into a movie.
