Here’s the synopsis for the episode – which is rather appropriately titled “Bizarro” – courtesy of the network:

Kara faces off against her mirror image when Bizarro (Hope Lauren), a twisted version of Supergirl, sets out to destroy her. Also, Kara grows closer with Cat’s son, Adam (Blake Jenner), on SUPERGIRL, Monday, Feb. 1 (8:00-9:00 PM) on the CBS Television Network.

Hope Lauren plays the girl in the coma who Maxwell Lord has been working on in Supergirl, and this synopsis confirms that he’s going to transform her into Bizarro. Whether she’ll be a one off villain or a recurring threat in the series moving forward remains to be seen, but this is a very interesting direction to take the character in.

It feels like Supergirl is getting better and better on a weekly basis, and providing they don’t drop the ball with this instalment and the introduction of Bizarro, it should be another exciting episode for fans.
