We had heard that NBC’s upcoming workplace comedy series, Powerless, would feature references to some of the big DC superheroes, but we also got word that at least one established comic book character would actually show up in the flesh – and it looks like that’s going to be Crimson Fox.

While she’s not exactly a big name, Crimson Fox has been a card-carrying member of Justice league Europe and does have a very interesting and unique power set: as well as superhuman speed and agility, she can emit pheromones that stimulated intense sexual attraction in men. It remains to be seen if that will carry over to the show, however.

This revelation comes courtesy of Bleeding Cool, who got a look at Ben Queen’s script for the pilot. They outline a funny scene in which Fox rescues a bunch of people – including main character Emily – from a train collision, only to incur their ire as they complain that she’s made them even later for work.

Powerless stars Vanessa Hudgens, Danny Pudi, Alan Tudyk and Christina Kirk, and is set to begin production very soon.
