Chinese Fans Reportedly React With Glee To Justice League’s Partial Screening; Rumors Of A Green Lantern Cameo Intensify

A Twitter user who claims to have been in attendance at Warner's recent press tour has relayed some of the reactions to Justice League's partial screening.

The Justice League of America has touched down in China to jump-start Warner’s globetrotting press tour, and don’t we know all about it.

Earlier this week, for instance, a number of Chinese press outlets revealed their thoughts on Justice League‘s 30-minute screening, using superlatives like “brilliant,” “inspiring” and “mature.” Truth be told, the English translation of each verdict was a little rough around the edges, but the overriding message was clear; Zack Snyder and Co. have somehow managed to deliver on the film’s sky-high expectations. The good news doesn’t end there, however, as ComicBook.com has spotted a number of fan reactions that are now beginning to spill onto the interwebs.

A Twitter user by the name of ‘Fiona Is All In’, who claims to have been in attendance at Warner’s Chinese press conference, took to social media late last night to post photos from Justice League‘s partial screening. Perhaps most interesting of all, though, is the bite-sized verdicts that flooded the Internet, with some claiming that the DC mega-movie is quintessential Snyder, and that it “defines what a real superhero movie looks like.” Keep in mind that these reactionary Tweets are based on the same 30-minute preview that screened on Tuesday.

Peppered with “iconic Zack Snyder moments,” there’s also mention of Green Lantern’s fabled cameo amidst all of the glowing praise, as one Twitter user notes “all the people in the theater went crazy” when Hal Jordan was allegedly revealed. Take this with a pinch of salt for now, but when you couple these knee-jerk reviews with previous theories, the evidence is almost overwhelmingly.

Alas, there was purportedly no sign of Superman in the 30-minute preview, which could mean that the Man of Steel will be totally absent from Justice League‘s opening sequence. File that in the rumor cabinet for now, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on Snyder’s buzzworthy tentpole as November 17th draws near.

Tell us, what are your thoughts on these latest reactions? A sure-fire sign of JL‘s success? Or are you keeping your expectations in check? Feel free to drop your thoughts below.
