The Guardians Of The Galaxy Get Their Own Avengers: Infinity War Posters

Continuing on with their marketing blitz, Marvel's now given the Guardians of the Galaxy their own Avengers: Infinity War posters.

After two films, one Infinity Stone, and more in-fighting than you could shake a blaster at, the Guardians of the Galaxy are beginning to find their groove.

So much so, in fact, that James Gunn’s A-holes will be a tight-knit unit by the time Avengers: Infinity War rolls around next month. They’ll seemingly enjoy a great role in the Marvel crossover, too, even if the film belongs to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes – from Hawkeye to the bearded Captain America, directors Joe and Anthony Russo left no stone unturned when assembling their gigantic character roster.

But circling back to the Guardians, and they’re the latest to get their very own Infinity War posters. As any Marvel fan can tell you, today’s been a very, very busy day, with more one-sheets than we know what to do with trickling out of the studio. From Spider-Man to Doctor Strange, Black Widow to Black Panther, almost everyone’s been accounted for and now, it’s time for Star-Lord and co. to step into the spotlight.

For some reason, Drax the Destroyer has been left out here, with only Peter Quill, Mantis, Rocket, Groot, Nebula and Gamora getting a poster, but nevertheless, you can check them all out below (along with those other ones we mentioned above).

Pretty cool, eh? Suffice it to say, the Guardians haven’t lost their mojo since encountering the planet-sized Ego in James Gunn’s spacefaring sequel – if anything, Star-Lord and Co. have only grown into a bona fide team since their escapades in outer space. And not a moment too soon.

For in Avengers: Infinity War, the Guardians of the Galaxy will come up against Thanos, a Mad Titan with only one thought in his mind: to wipe out half the universe by collecting all six Infinity Stones. And though they may take a backseat to the Avengers on April 27th, Star-Lord actor Chris Pratt recently assured fans that our favorite team of A-holes will still get their moment to shine.
