Frank Marshall To Tackle The Longest Night
Though Frank Marshall usually wears the producer hat, with credits that range from the Bourne films to Indiana Jones, he does step behind the camera every so often. Granted, with credits like Eight Below and Congo under his belt, he's definitely had better luck when someone else is at the helm. Despite this, Marshall is intent on trying his hand at directing once more and this time, THR reports that he's chosen to adapt Sean Flynn's 2008 GQ article, The Longest Night.

Simon Kinberg Says That The Classic Cast Won’t Return For X-Men: Apocalypse
For those who are thrilled that they're getting the chance to see actors like Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen reprise their X-Men roles, we have some bad news. X-Men: Days of Future Past will likely be the only time that you get to see the classic cast again. The next film in the franchise, X-Men: Apocalypse, will be more of a sequel to X-Men: First Class and will focus on the characters in their younger versions.

Bryan Singer Drops Out Of All X-Men: Days Of Future Past Promotion
In news that shouldn't surprise anyone, director Bryan Singer is dropping out of all press/promotion for his upcoming film, X-Men: Days of Future Past. The decision to do so makes complete sense given the very serious lawsuit that he's now facing, which accuses Singer of sexually abused a teenage boy back in the late 1990s. Of course, the director has denied the claims but, as of now, he's fighting to assert his innocence, so it's understandable why he wouldn't want to focus on talking to journalists.

First Trailer For Jersey Boys Will Have You Singing And Dancing
Having seen Jersey Boys three times now, you can definitely say that I'm pretty excited for its arrival on the big screen. With Clint Eastwood behind the camera, and several of the original cast members from Broadway play reprising their roles, all signs point to success for this one. Though we got our first look at the film back in January, with the image seen above, today we finally have the first footage and I must say, I'm already sold.

Patrick Hughes Reveals New Details On The Raid: Redemption Remake
Unfortunately, the powers that be have commissioned an American remake of Gareth Evans' The Raid: Redemption. We don't need one, and most of us don't want one, but it's happening anyways. A director has been set in Expendables 3 helmer Patrick Hughes, and now, casting is underway. While we don't have any concrete information just yet on which actors are being eyed for the lead roles, we do know a bit more about what Hughes hopes to do with the film.
