Seven Minutes Of Footage From The Hard Reset Demo
Taking place in a futuristic/cyberpunk world inspired by Blade Runner, Hard Reset looks to be a very visceral and action-packed shooter. Not to mention a very nice looking one, with beautifully detailed worlds created using a rich and diverse colour palette. Thanks to the folks over at Kotaku, we now have a seven minute long video from the game's demo. It's action-packed for your perusal, with a key emphasis on electrified weaponry.

Pre-Order Battlefield 3 On Origin And Get A Free Game
A little while ago, we reported that those who pre-order Battlefield 3 on Origin (the only way to get it digitally for PC) will receive early access to its beta in September. Max And The Magic Marker Will Draw On The DS This Holiday
Easy Interactive has announced that it is developing Max and the Magic Marker to the Nintendo DS this holiday season. This touch-screen enabled version will recreate all of the action that gamers enjoyed within the WiiWare and PC versions of the game, though the power of the all-important magic marker will now be under the control of the stylus.

Microsoft Will Be Changing XBOX 360 250GB S Models To Matte Finish
Those interested in purchasing an XBOX 360 S 250GB console in the near future now have an added decision to make. Microsoft has announced that they will be moving away from its original glossy piano black finish, in favour of a matte one which will be similar to the look of the current 4GB S version. It'll certainly reduce the chance for fingerprints, but some may not like the look as much. Then again, it's not that big of a deal to most.

Toy Soldiers: Cold War Review
Lasting for decades, the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union is well known for being a war where no casualties were incurred by either side. In fact, not even one battle took place during its entire run. Instead, it was a battle of the mind, as each side tried to outsmart the other one, always watching for a slip up or reason to attack. Luckily for all of us, there never was a good reason to use the powerful missiles and other types of weapons that both sides stockpiled during these years. Who knows how different this world would be if one little thing had changed, sparking all out conflict with munitions placed in various worldly locations. Though, most of us would probably rather not even think about that. The folks at Washington-based Signal Studios decided to explore the idea of all-out Cold War conflict with their latest game, Toy Soldiers: Cold War.
