There was a time when I used to lust after Lindsay Lohan, before all her troubles I would have been completely behind Lindsay Lohan playing a porn star. Now, I nearly throw up just thinking about it. Lohan has managed to drive her stock into the ground over the past few years and truthfully she needs complete uninterrupted treatment if she will have even half a chance of salvaging her life let alone her career.
This is something that just irritates the hell out of me. Wesley Snipes was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of willfully failing to file federal tax returns. Now, a federal judge has rejected Wesley Snipes' request for a new trial. The Judge has also ordered the star of Blade to report to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons to begin his 36 month sentence for tax related crimes.
Say what you want about him but the man hasn’t made a truly bad movie, save for Hostel 2. Not too sure about the “master or horror“ title though. Now news has surfaced that Eli Roth has produced Clown, a movie about a man who has to dress like a clown for his son’s birthday party only to find the makeup, hair, nose, etc not only can’t be taken off, but won’t allow him to.
After months of waiting, pondering, and discussing one of the most anticipated movies of next summer, Entertainment Tonight had some quick footage to show to get us excited about the Ryan Reynolds driven “The Star Wars of comic books”, Green Lantern. To say the footage shocked and jump started the countdown would be misleading to say the least. The exclusive seemed more comical, lighter then most wanted, and (I am declaring this term overused after this article) cheesy.
Skyline is what The Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity could have been if the directors knew how to play with their budgets better. That being said, this in no way means this movie doesn’t have its problems. It has quite a few actually and it's a shame because it could have turned out a lot better.
Take this with a grain of salt and chase it with a shot of poison but word is John Cena and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson are up for the role of Superman in Zack Snyder's upcoming reboot.
I like Zack Snyder, in my opinion he hasn’t made a bad movie yet and I’m fully behind his take on Superman…that is unless he somehow loses his mind and thinks this is a good idea.
Apparently Hollywood is planning a movie on…wait for it….wait for it…hang on I’m still trying to breath…a movie on a Rubicks Cube…Yes, you heard that right...er read it right sorry I think my brain has finally fried from reading such stupidity. It's true though, Hollywood is planning to give everyone's favorite toy, its own feature film. Check out the details here.
The owl movie, that's how I refer to this movie when telling my friends and family about it. "Going to see 'The Owl Movie', be back later." Of course, the movie I am referring to is Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. Just like every one else who saw the trailers a few months back, I giggled at the title, what a strange name for a movie, and owls? Seriously? Despite this, I was amazed by the animation I saw during the trailer and decided I'd check it out when it was released. Now that I've seen it, I'm happy to say, I genuinely enjoyed myself.
