After 2018's disappointing The Predator, things have been quiet for the intergalactic hunter. The Disney/Fox merger seemed to pour water on the prospects of another sequel anytime soon, with rumors that the entire Alien/Predator universe was planned to be completely rebooted. But recently there've been some signs of life, as we saw the release of fun asymmetric multiplayer game Predator: Hunting Grounds and the character popped up in the last season of Fortnite.

Fans of the world's finest superhero duo had a great day yesterday. Warner Bros. announced new animated shows Batman: Caped Crusader and My Adventures with Superman, which are both coming to HBO Max and Cartoon Network soon. The former is a dark and psychological effort in the vein of Batman: The Animated Series from producers Bruce Timm, J.J. Abrams and Matt Reeves and the latter is a knockabout cartoon featuring Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen and focusing on life at The Daily Planet.
The original Tremors was one of the best B-movies of the early 1990s. After a brief but successful run in cinemas, the horror-comedy became a hit on home video (helped by truly iconic VHS cover art), and since that first film, we’ve had six sequels and a TV show, with the most recent entry last year's Jurassic Park riff Tremors: Shrieker Island.
