Get Your First Look At Hobbs & Shaw With This Trailer Teaser
For a long time, Universal Pictures' Fast and Furious series was a guilty pleasure. Then, sometime around the release of Fast Five, I just gave up any pretensions and became of a full on fan of this ridiculously entertaining movie franchise that brings together some of the most charismatic action stars and the most ridiculous vehicle-based stunt sequences that money can buy. So yeah, I'm pretty excited for this summer's Hobbs and Shaw, a spinoff from the franchise that pits Dwayne Johnson's Hobbs and Jason Statham's Shaw against Idris Elba's sinister Brixton.

Jordan Peele Says That Us Is Pure Horror And Much Scarier Than Get Out
I was already a fan of Jordan Peele when Get Out was released, but that film was so incredible he immediately shot to the top of my list of directors to keep a very close eye on. Judging by the excellent trailer for Us it looks like it's going to be a more than worthy follow-up and, at least according to this interview with Rolling Stone, it's going to scarier than Get Out ever was. That's because Peele apparently doesn't consider Get Out to be a strict horror film:

Peter Jackson To Direct Documentary About The Beatles’ Let It Be
Let It Be has one of the most well-chronicled production and recording processes of any album in existence. Released in 1970, the album was the final Beatles record (though it was recorded before 1969's Abbey Road) and came at a time when tensions within the group were at an all-time high, with the involvement of super producer (and future murderer) Phil Spector not exactly helping matters. But now, to commemorate the upcoming 50th anniversary of its release, it's been announced that Peter Jackson will be directing a new documentary about it.

A Surprising Cameo Has Been Confirmed For Avengers: Endgame
We really don't have long now until Avengers: Endgame hits cinemas and all the burning questions raised by Infinity War will be finally be answered. Despite the film's relative proximity we still don't know a great deal about it - and the first trailer didn't give a huge amount away. Right now we're picking through theories based on toys and leaked behind-the-scenes photos that seem to indicate some kind of time travel plot and maybe the death of Tony Stark...? Capcom Says They’re Considering A Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Remake
Though it's only just released, it's safe to say that Capcom's remake of Resident Evil 2 has been a huge success. The game's sitting at 90% on Metacritic and has had fans delighting in its remake of the 1998 PS One original, using everything that modern technology has to offer. Its apocalyptic vision of Raccoon City is so great, in fact, that some folks are now demanding that Capcom work a similar magic on Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.

The Crown's third season is shaping up to be something truly special. Taking place in the mid-1960s and running right up until some time in the late 1970s, this will be the second of three instances that the show recasts its characters as the decades pass for the Royal family. And damn, what a cast they've got cooked up. The jewel in the uh, crown, is clearly Olivia Colman's Elizabeth, but I can't wait to see Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip, Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret and Gillian Anderson as Margaret Thatcher.
